What Is the "Offline" Way to Order?

Think of our website as the express lane. It is perfect for one-off gifts, Long Sleeve Custom T-Shirts, or a quick Vintage Wash Graphic Tee.

The offline way is our "Pro Service." This is where you talk to us via email or phone. It is where the magic happens for local businesses, sports teams, and event planners.

Why go offline? Simple. You get more flexibility. Print. Pick-up. Save.

Can You Bring Your Own Garments (BYO)?

This is the number one question we get asked. "I found these awesome hoodies at a local shop, can you print on them?" If you order through the website, the answer is no. Our online system is automated to use our stocked high-quality AS Colour gear.

However, if you go offline? Yes, you can.

We love a good BYO project. Whether it’s a specific work uniform you’ve already bought or a bunch of vintage finds you want to brand, we can help.

(Note: We always need to check the fabric first. Some materials don't play nice with heat or ink, but most cotton and poly-blends are good to go!)

Where Are the Local Hubs?

We aren't just a faceless warehouse in the middle of nowhere. We are part of your community.

We operate out of two main hubs:

When you order offline via email, you aren't tied to a shipping label. You can arrange to drop off your BYO gear or pick up your finished bulk order directly from us.

When we handle things manually, we can look at the volume and give you a quote that makes sense for your budget. This is perfect for:

How Does the Process Work?

It’s not complicated. We like to keep things simple.

Step 1: The Reach Out. Send us an email via our Contact Us page. Tell us what you need. "Hey Paolo, I’ve got 50 tees for a gym opening in Leumeah, what can you do?"

Step 2: The Quote. We’ll send you a custom price. This will include the printing and any garment costs (unless you are doing BYO).

Step 3: The Drop-off (Optional). If you are doing BYO, you can swing by Griffin or Leumeah and leave your gear with us.

Step 4: The Print. We get to work. For manual orders, we use our full suite of tech.

• DTG (Direct to Garment): Perfect for high detail and fast turnarounds on cotton.

• DTF (Direct to Film): Best for durability and printing on almost any fabric.

Step 5: The Collection. Once it’s ready, we’ll shoot you a message. You can drive over, grab your gear, and get on with your day.

• Shipping Only: All orders placed through soboss.co are sent via post or courier. No exceptions.

• No minimum order quantity: Website orders are perfect if you only need one item or a small run.

• Speed: Best for same-day DTG dispatch on our stock items (10am cutoff for same-day printing for online orders).

• Standard Pricing: What you see is what you get.

Email/Manual Orders

• Pick-up/Drop-off: Available at our Griffin or Leumeah locations.

• BYO Allowed: You bring the gear; we bring the ink.

• Bulk Discounts: Custom pricing for larger quantities.

• Lead Times: Usually take a little longer because we are coordinating things manually.

Is Same-Day Printing Available for Offline Orders?

We pride ourselves on speed. If you need same-day print and dispatch, the website and our DTG (Direct to Garment) service is your best bet (10am cutoff for same-day printing for online orders).

For offline and BYO orders, we generally don't promise same-day turnarounds. Why? Because we want to make sure the job is done perfectly. We need time to test your BYO fabric or set up the bulk run.

We are fast, but we aren't magicians. We value quality over everything.

Q: Can I just show up at Leumeah or Griffin with my shirts? A: Please email us first! We are often busy at the heat presses and want to make sure someone is available to help you. Reach out, and we’ll set a time.

Q: Is there a minimum for bulk pricing? A: Usually, we start looking at bulk discounts for 10+ items.

Q: Do you offer screen printing? A: We specialize in DTG and DTF. These are modern, digital methods that allow for more colors and no expensive "screen setup" fees. It’s better for you and faster for us. (And no, screen printing is never same-day!)

Q: Can I order online and then ask to pick it up? A: No. Our website is integrated with our shipping partners. Website orders have No minimum order quantity, but they are shipping only. If you pay for shipping online, it’s going in a satchel. If you want to pick it up, you must handle the order via email from the start.
