We get asked this a lot. It’s important to know the tech so you get the best result for your project.
DTG (Direct to Garment): This is our speed king. We print the ink directly into the fibers of the cotton. It is perfect for detailed, full-color designs and photographs. This is the only method we guarantee for same-day despatch (if ordered by 10am). It works best on 100% cotton garments like the Long Sleeve Custom T-Shirt.
DTF (Direct to Film): This technology is a game-changer for versatility. We print the design onto a special film and then heat-press it onto the garment. DTF is available across our entire range, including polyester and blends. While it is incredibly durable and vibrant, it is not eligible for same-day despatch.
