The 10am cut-off is our hard deadline for same-day magic. If your order is placed, your art is uploaded, and your payment is cleared by 10am, we will print and dispatch your order that very same day.
(Orders placed after 10am will be prioritized for the next business day).

Step 3: Beat the Clock (The 10am Cut-Off)
This is the "make or break" step.
Check your watch. Is it before 10am in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne? If the answer is yes, keep moving! If it’s 10:01am, don't worry: you’ll still get your shirts incredibly fast, but they will be dispatched the following day.
To ensure you hit the deadline, have your artwork ready before you start the checkout process. Do not wait until 9:59am to start uploading a 50MB file. Speed is of the essence here.

Once you’ve designed your shirt and added it to your cart, double-check everything.
Is the spelling correct? Is the design centered? Did you pick the right size? (We print exactly what you give us, so take ten seconds to be sure).

We want to be crystal clear about how we achieve these speeds. Not all printing methods are created equal.
Direct to Garment (DTG) is our same-day hero. This technology allows us to print full-color, high-detail designs onto cotton garments instantly. There are no screens to burn and no setups to wait for. This is why we can offer same-day dispatch on DTG orders.
Direct to Film (DTF) is a fantastic, versatile method that we offer across our full range of products, including hoodies and caps. While DTF is incredibly durable and vibrant, it is not available for same-day dispatch. If you need a classic pullover hoodie or a structured trucker hat, our standard fast turnaround applies, but they won't be out the door the same day you order.
Screen Printing is reserved for high-volume orders. It requires a significant setup time. We do not claim screen printing to be a same-day service.
