We love high-res PNGs with transparent backgrounds. If you send us a tiny thumbnail you pulled off a Facebook post from 2012, it's going to look... well, like a thumbnail from 2012. Give us the good stuff (300dpi) for the best results.
Does "Same Day" include delivery?
"Same day" refers to the time it takes us to print and despatch your order from our facility. Unless you are picking up in-person (and we've cleared that with you), the transit time depends on the courier. However, because we despatch so fast, we often beat the delivery times of local printers who take days just to start the job.
Can I print on the front and back?
Yes. You can print on the front, the back, and even the sleeves. (Note: standard same-day pricing usually covers one location, but our designer will show you the total as you add more).
What happens if I order after 10 AM?
Your order moves to the front of the queue for the next business day. We still move fast, but we can't bend the laws of physics or courier schedules.
Do you offer DTF printing for Sunshine Coast orders?
