Is everything available for same-day dispatch? No. Same-day dispatch is strictly for DTG (Direct to Garment) printing on stocked items. DTF and Screen Printing require more setup and are not part of the 10 AM express promise.
What happens if I order after 10 AM? Your order will be prioritized for the next business day's print run. We still move fast, but the "same day" window closes at 10 AM sharp.
Do you offer refunds if I don't like the design? Since every item is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or design errors. We highly recommend checking your spelling and image quality twice!
Can you print on the sleeves? Yes! Our Long Sleeve Custom T-Shirt is a fan favorite for sleeve prints, especially for that streetwear look.
What is the best file format? A transparent PNG at 300 DPI is the gold standard. It ensures your design looks crisp and doesn't have a weird white box around it.
