The Gong’s Best Same Day Custom T-Shirts: Printed in Wollongong

If you are looking for the fastest Wollongong online tshirt printing that doesn't

sacrifice quality for speed, you've found it. At So Boss, we specialise in premium

custom gear with same-day dispatch. Custom print tees start from $29 on the AS Colour Basic garment, so you can grab the gold standard of streetwear and have it shipping to your door before the sun sets over the Illawarra.

The Gong’s Streetwear Revolution: Heavyweight is King

Wollongong has always had a grit that the big cities can't replicate. From the steel works to the surf, this is a city that builds its own identity. That identity now lives on cotton.,The ultimate canvas for this movement? The AS Colour 280 GSM Heavy Tee. Not a basic blank, but the backbone of any serious streetwear label.

Why the GSM Matters

Most local printers work with lightweight 150-180 GSM cotton. It feels thin, it shrinks, and it loses shape. The Heavy Tee holds its structure release after release.

• Boxy Fit, Zero Compromise: a structured, drop-shoulder look that does not cling.

• Premium 280 GSM: thick enough to feel premium, breathable enough for a summer day at the lagoon.

• Your design on the AS Colour Mens Heavy Tee: artwork stays crisp on this dense fabric.

Why Speed is Our Superpower

You need shirts for a local club event, or a fresh drop for your label.

A shop in the Illawarra tells you it is 14 days before they even touch the press. That

is the speed gap. Same Day Print and Despatch is available for eligible DTG orders

placed by 10:00 AM AEST on a weekday. Order by the cut-off and your gear is printed

and despatched the same business day, instead of waiting weeks.

Launching a Local Legend: The City Local Aesthetic

In the Gong, pride is everything. The City Local look is everywhere:

collegiate and varsity lettering swapped for hyper-local identifiers. Think "2500"

the iconic postcode, or "THE GONG" in bold arced lettering.,That aesthetic sits

between professional durability and high-end streetwear. It is how local labels skip

the big-city gatekeepers and own the local scene.

Pro tip: upload transparent PNG files. They print cleanly with no unwanted background boxes.

Common Questions from Wollongong Brands

I want to start a brand

in Wollongong, but I am worried the boxy fit is too much for a general audience.,The

boxy fit of the AS Colour 280 GSM Heavy Tee is the most requested style in streetwear

right now. It gives a structured silhouette that does not cling, so it feels premium

rather than oversized. If you want a classic fit, our staple tees are the

alternative.,[H3] Can I really get a custom t-shirt delivered that fast?,Yes. Order by

10:00 AM AEST on a weekday and eligible DTG orders are printed and despatched the same business day. Metro delivery including Wollongong is expected within 48 hours of dispatch.
